WATER TREATEMENT PLANTS

REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) PLANT

Tons of water gets wasted during an industrial process and commercial keeping, which needs to be filtered to make it reusable and recyclable. RO or Reverse Osmosis is the best hyper filtration technique which clarifies the brackish water by removing the salt, fluids, discharge, dissolvable solvents, dyes, bacteria and other harmful constituents. RO plants make sure that the natural nutrients are adequate to maintain the health level of water.

We design customized solutions which are suitable for marine applications to purify a large amount of water at once with high-performance capacity. Not only the industrial and manufacturing units, but also municipalities can be facilitated with the customized RO plants.

SOFTNER PLANT

A water softener reduces the calcium, magnesium and to some degree manganese and ferrous iron ion concentration in hard water. The water to be treated passes through a bed of the resin. Negatively-charged resins absorb and bind metal ions.

A softener is a basically designed to remove hardness minerals. In a water softener plant, the process of softening is completed using resin beads coated in sodium as a medium. There are calcium and magnesium two ions that cause hardness in water. When the hard water flows through the softening tank, the sodium of the resins attracts these ions and removes them from the water and produces softened water. Manufactured in compliance with the industrial standards and norms, these water softeners use resin beads charged with sodium salts, which attract hard salts and convert them into soft salts.
